Contera completed the expansion for the Inteva facility in Rychnov in January and began construction of new premises for the JabloPCB facility in Rýnovice in December 2019.

PaperFoam is a world-renowned producer of eco-friendly packaging from the Neth-erlands, and it is expanding its production into the Czech Republic. 

FAST ČR, a consumer electronics wholesaler, has concluded a new long-term contract in Contera Park Říčany, where it is now the largest lessee. 

Contera opened a new subsidiary in Bratislava in April. Last autumn it purchased four logistics and industrial facilities at Vector Parks from MIRA.

Contera Parks enjoy great interest from customers in Slovakia. In the first quarter of 2020 alone, Contera extended a contract with Den Braven, DHL Express and CS Cargo.

Contera has received a syndicated line of credit from ČSOB and Komerční banka in the total amount of EUR 155 million.

Contera became the owner of approx. 80,000 sqm of land designated for industrial construction in the city of Hustopeče near Brno.
